I agree. This isn't just about 'liking' a character—it’s about the health of the game. Valko was built into the DNA of the story from day one.
From a logical standpoint, removing him makes zero sense:
1️⃣ Narrative Integrity: The original story only works with him in it. Without the 6th LI, the plot becomes a hollow, rushed version of what it was supposed to be.
2️⃣ More Content: New LIs mean more resources, more events, and a longer life for the game. Even if someone isn't a Valko fan, his presence funds the content for the LIs they do like!
3️⃣ Player Choice: If you don't like him, SKIP. That’s how gacha works. But deleting him for everyone is just gatekeeping and self-sabotage.
You cannot claim to love the game while supporting the destruction of its core story and its financial future.
Bring Valko back UNCHANGED now. 🐺

Dear Infold and the LADS Development Team,
I don't know if this message will ever reach the people who created Valko, but I hope it does.
Before anything else, I want to thank you.
Thank you for creating a character who captured so many hearts before we even had the chance to truly know him. Thank you for the countless hours of writing, designing, illustrating, composing, and dreaming that went into bringing him to life. Even though his journey was cut short, I know he wasn't created overnight. He was created with passion, creativity, and love. That deserves to be recognized.
When Valko was announced, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time. I was excited. I couldn't wait to meet him, learn his story, and experience the world you had envisioned for him. I trusted your creative vision because it is that very vision that made me fall in love with Lads in the first place.
That's why his cancellation hurt so deeply.
It wasn't only because I lost a character I was already beginning to love. It was because it felt like the story you wanted to tell was taken away before it had the chance to be told.
Stories are meant to introduce us to people who are different from one another. Every love interest offers a unique journey, and not every journey will appeal to every player. That diversity is one of the things that makes LADS so special. If a player doesn't connect with one character, they still have others to choose from.
I never believed Valko needed to be loved by everyone.
I only hoped that those of us who already loved him would be given the opportunity to experience the story you created for us.
Watching this situation unfold has been heartbreaking. I know there were people who had genuine concerns, and I respect that everyone experiences stories differently. But I also believe that much of Valko's story was judged before players had the opportunity to experience it in its proper context.
As someone who loves your game, what saddened me most wasn't the disagreement itself.
It was watching fear overcome trust.
I don't want LADs to become a game where stories disappear because they are controversial before they are understood. I fell in love with this game because I believed in your creativity, your writers, your artists, and your willingness to tell different kinds of love stories.
I still believe in that. That is why I hope, with all my heart, that you will reconsider Valko's cancellation. Not because I want one side to "win."
But because I want love to win. Love for storytelling. Love for creativity. Love for the developers who poured themselves into creating a character they believed in.
Love for the players who saw something special in him before they even had the chance to meet him.
For more than 26 days, many of us have continued to speak about Valko—not with hatred, but because we genuinely love him. We have waited patiently, hoping that somehow our voices would reach you.
I know game development is incredibly difficult, and I know there are countless factors behind decisions that players may never see. I don't envy the position you have been placed in.
But I hope you know this:
There are so many of us who are not asking you to create something new.
We are asking you to believe in something you already created.
Please don't let the work of your writers, artists, musicians, programmers, animators, voice actors, and everyone who brought Valko to life be remembered only for the controversy surrounding him.
Let him be remembered for the story you wanted to tell.
Whether or not you choose to bring him back, I want to sincerely thank everyone who worked on him. You created someone who inspired hope, excitement, and love in thousands of players before his story had even begun.
That alone speaks to the talent of your team.
I truly hope that one day we'll have the chance to meet Valko as you originally envisioned him.
With gratitude, hope, and love,
A player who still believes in your creative vision
