Helping men break free from compulsive pornography & masturbation | Sharing my journey, setbacks | One day at a time.| Football lover | Barça 💙❤️ | Messi 🐐
I think we’re not angry enough at whoever started the Ronaldo vs Messi debate.
Messi bro, he’s up there with the greatest goalscorers in football history despite playing over 160 fewer games than Ronaldo. That’s the part people conveniently ignore.
Then talk about the greatest playmakers of all time… Messi is there too. Goals, assists, chance creation, dribbling, vision, he literally ticks every box.
Messi is an alien, bro. I genuinely don’t think football will ever witness another player who combines elite goalscoring and elite playmaking at this level again.
"Ronaldo never robbed a Ballon d'Or."
"Nothing was given to him for free like Messi."
Recall Ronaldo won the Ballon d'Or this season; he legit robbed Franck Ribéry of that award.
Ribéry won the treble with Bayern, yet Ronaldo won the award without winning a trophy. FRAUD!!!!!!!
For me, it’s masturbation.
Not because it’s physically more addictive than nicotine or alcohol, but because it’s the one addiction that quietly follows you everywhere.
You don’t need money for it.
You don’t need to leave your house.
You don’t need a dealer.
All you need is your phone… and a few minutes alone.
That’s what makes it so dangerous.
And the hardest part isn’t even fighting the urge. It’s fighting the little voice in your head that says:
“Just this once.”
That’s how most relapses happen.
It never starts with watching for hours. It starts with convincing yourself one video won’t hurt. Then before you know it, you’re back where you promised yourself you’d never return.
I’m only on day 16, so I’m not speaking as someone who’s conquered it. I’m speaking as one who’s still in the fight.
And if there’s one thing I'm still learning, it's knowing that relapse doesn’t mean you’re weak. Staying down does.
Every attempt teaches you something the previous one didn’t.

🚨🔵 REPORT: Manchester City are monitoring Enzo Fernández's situation after Real Madrid reportedly cooled their interest.
Chelsea continue to view Enzo as a key part of Xabi Alonso's plans and are not actively looking to sell, although an exceptional offer could test the club's resolve.

This is one of those takes I can actually get behind.
I don’t know where this idea came from that women are somehow incapable of genuinely loving a man. It’s one of the weirdest narratives we’ve normalized.
The problem has never been gender. The problem is the individual...
“Women can’t love men ” is just another way of saying “the women I’ve met didn’t love me.” simple....
