We also discussed the Council's role in proposal quality: standardized Treasury Withdrawal templates, clearer team/KPI/conflict disclosures, and structured pre-submission DRep feedback so proposals can improve before they ever reach an on-chain vote.

A key topic was how the Council can help map ecosystem gaps: missing infrastructure, reusable standards, CIPs and existing solutions, so teams don't keep rebuilding the same things and funding can be directed where it has the most impact.

1/4 This week's DRep Council call was focused on moving from setup to execution. We discussed the Charter, coordination with Alpha Growth, Cardano's DeFi/infrastructure gaps, and what the Council should actually deliver in Q4.

Our immediate work will focus on creating better Treasury Withdrawal and RFP templates, including clearer requirements around milestones, budgets, teams, KPIs, reporting and accountability - with the goal of making the 2027 funding cycle much more structured than previous years.

DRep DAO does not replace on-chain governance, Intersect, or individual DRep judgment.

It gives active DReps a place to coordinate, compare views, produce outputs, and improve the quality of governance.
