NFT projects really need to be run as a business. Make sure you have enough capital to see the project through as well as pay the hard working people.

Not over promise and then smoke and mirrors!

Only way to do that is be transparent from the start and not “pivot” 24/7.

Remember don’t be shy or embarrassed to ask for compensation as you are doing real work!

You can wait to see what they offer & have an idea what you are looking for in compensation as well!

If they don’t bring it up make sure you do prior to any agreement!

Also be up front & ask them what their compensation is so there are no misunderstandings! Just like in the “real world”!

Always check urls, better off, don't click them & DON'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING!!! Especially from people you don't know.
