So 19% of Govt revenue comes from 1.5% public paying income tax. This is more than even corporate tax.

I haven't seen emergency but I will tell my grandchildren that I lived in an era where PM Modi made sure that individual tax payers pay more tax than Ambani Adani companies that too without getting anything special in return.
