Thread: This is the latest of HB's lawsuits against the state asserting that its status as a charter city immunizes it against state preemption. So far it has sued to invalidate sanctuary state bill SB 54 (HB lost) and several land use bills, incl SB 35, AB 68, SB 1333 (pending).
