Man, this brings me back. When I was a kid, I visited the New York Hall of Science in NY, and they had a thing called the Shadow Wall (or something close to that). You'd strike a pose, a flash would go off, and your silhouette would stay on the wall. Seeing kids do this with water on a driveway unlocked a memory I hadn't thought about in years.

Back on April 25, I made a post about this channel. I said that if it ever grew and became monetized, it wouldn't be about ego, fame, or making myself rich. It would be about helping others and proving that positive influence can still win.
Well, today I have a chance to show that I meant what I said.
I just won $1,000. Could I use every dollar of it myself? Absolutely. But I feel God is putting it on my heart to help some people and make a few people smile. So that's what I plan to do.
This isn't channel monetization. This is simply a blessing that came my way. But the principle is the same. If God blesses me, I want to be a blessing to others.
The April 25 post is pinned. I said it before the money ever showed up. Now I want to back it up with actions.
Stay tuned. The best part of this story hasn't happened yet.

Lost my job on May 27. Bills keep coming, and honestly, I don't always know where the next paycheck is coming from.
I was talking with my Christian mentor recently and asked him a question I've been wrestling with: Does it make me a bad Christian that I'm 90% confident God is going to carry me through this, but there's still that 10% that struggles, worries, and sometimes asks, "Why is this happening?"
I came to the Lord on April 10, 2025. I'm still learning. I'm still growing. Faith is not something I've mastered. Some people seem to think trusting God means never having doubts, fears, or hard days. I've found that sometimes the hardest seasons are the ones that require the deepest trust.
I'm going to keep praying, keep moving forward, and keep trusting Him. But if I'm being honest, some days are harder than others. ๐โ๏ธ
โWe live by faith, not by sight.โ - 2 Corinthians 5:7 NIV
There is a lot of wisdom in this. The world tells people to chase pleasure, status, and temporary fulfillment, but God's design has always been different. A strong marriage, a faithful family, self-control, and a life centered on God will bring a deeper joy than anything the world can offer.
I mean, it's in my pinned comment.
"I spent years chasing everything except purpose, but God was never late. He was preparing me for this"
โBlessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding.โ - Proverbs 3:13 NIV

Brandon, in this video you literally said, "Why are people lying? Just tell the truth."
I agree. So, let's talk about your thumbnail.
That image is disgusting.
I'm not talking about the facts of the case. I'm not talking about guilt or innocence. I'm talking about the thumbnail itself.
A young man lost his life, and you've chosen to use what is very obviously an AI generated depiction of that tragedy to promote your video.
And let's be honest about why.
It's for clicks. It's for engagement. It's for views. It's for monetization.
We all know there is evidence in this case, and there may very well be footage that investigators have access to that the public has never seen. That's not my point. My point is that the image in your thumbnail is not an actual image from the incident. It's a manufactured, AI generated recreation designed to create shock value.
And that's what makes this so disappointing.
You're acting like you're different, but you're using the exact same garbage tactics that so many other YouTubers use every single day.
You're no different than the creators who manipulate emotions, use sensationalized thumbnails, and push misleading imagery just to get more views, clicks, engagement, and ad revenue.
That's exactly what this looks like.
You knew that image would get people's attention. You knew it would generate outrage. You knew people would click on it.
So, when you sit there and ask, "Why are people lying?" "Just tell the truth". Maybe start with your own content.
Because the thumbnail you're using does not show an actual image from the incident. It's a manufactured AI generated depiction of a real person's death, and many people scrolling past it will assume it's authentic.
That's not truth. That's not honesty. That's manipulation.
And that's why I find it disgusting.
A teenager was killed. His death should not be turned into clickbait.
As Christians, we're supposed to value truth, integrity, and human dignity. That's why this bothers me so much. This isn't a movie. This isn't a television drama. This is a real family that lost a son.
If the facts are as compelling as you say they are, then the facts should be enough. You shouldn't need an AI generated stabbing scene to get people to watch.
I came to Christ later in life, and one thing I've learned is that we can't demand honesty from everyone else while making excuses for our own behavior. That's exactly why your statement stood out to me.
You said, "Why are people lying? Just tell the truth."
Well, the truth is that thumbnail is not a real image of what happened. It's a manufactured depiction of a real tragedy, and you knew exactly what you were doing when you put it up.
I can't support that. I think it's wrong. I think it's disrespectful. And I think it's beneath someone who claims to care about truth.
Do better, Brandon. If this is what you're about, I can no longer support your content. Show some humility and take it down.
