@PoliticsUSmore Cancellations can be requested by email or by physical letter, 30 days in advance. If you were recently charged, your billing cycle may have restarted. If your cancel completes before the end of your current billing cycle, your account will receive a prorated refund. Thank you

@mineplayer579 We're sorry we couldn't reinstate your Mom’s acct after a payment was made as the service was offline on 9/11 and payment was made on 9/24. Her new order will complete on (9/28) and service will be up and running afterwards! We suggest payments be made on time moving forward. Thx
