Being woken up at 1:30am in the morning with a student in a panic saying the flat above her is flooding into her room.

We’ve called their security provision, they say they are on their way. It’s been 30minutes.

the floor of her flat is LITERALLY underwater.

It’s 2:28am. We’ve found out more students apartments are flooding.

The person they sent to ‘help’ doesn’t have a CLUE.

They also said this isn’t an emergency so we do not need to call the fire brigade ...

Why are students paying to live in death traps pls.
