Any meaningful statement about the present situation has already been made and circulated, all that's left to do is actually doing anything.
So here's our website. You can find links to our other socials on there: https://t.co/ZYmtpYuyTr

@Dauragon It's just a twitter thing, if you go to other platform the conversation is normal, i just watched like an hour video of 4 people talking about how great this year is in terms of games.
This doesn't just put artists at risk, it puts every Twitter user at risk. Anyone can use AI to edit images of real people posted on this platform, simply a family photo, PAST OR PRESENT. Why is this enabled by default without any consent of the people who shared those images?
Hello my peers,
Wanna fill out a constructive survey?
Researchers from Carnegie Mellon University are doing research to see how generative Al has (or has not) impacted your work and/or sentiments in the industry.
Folks in creative fields, please consider filling this out 👇
"Calculators expanded reasoning; the printing press spread knowledge". ChatGPT by contrast "doesn’t extend cognition—it automates it". It turns "thinking itself into a service" privatized under corporate control. Nothing to do with "democratizing learning" https://t.co/0Pssa0aOB4
Remember this. With AI art becoming saturated. The value of art created by another human being will skyrocket. Don’t give up we’re actually becoming MORE valuable and more needed.
Keep drawing my friends!
Really hate this mentality we're seeing lately that using AI is fine if you just use it a little bit or if you hide it in the final product. Like what are we doing.
i think as social media continues to fail us again and again, i suggest making your own website. it’s fun, there’s a ton of free hosting services out there, and a boatload of templates if you don’t know html/css that well
This is the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever heard.
People don’t “hate technology,” they hate the immoral psychopaths that have taken it over and pushed experimental chatbots as some sort of revolution.
We are nearing the top of a bigger bubble than 2000.
Tech bro psychosis is pumping trillions into data centers that can never make money. LLMs are a moderately useful dead end. Like AOL.
This is not me trying to run an anti Expedition 33 agenda, but every time you ai generate something a data center in midwest America extracts every drop of water from the land and poisons the remaining supply you don’t just get to use it “a bit” and then that makes it “okay”
There doesn’t seem to be any purpose for this “feature” except harassing people, artists especially. This isn’t accidental or ignorant it’s downright malevolent.
What is this sh*t?
They straight up added new feature and anyone can just edit your image, you posted, using GenAi.
So far it seems like there is no way turning it off.
-More than half my mutuals are either locking/stopped posting due to this update.
-Some of my favorite artists are deleting everything.
-I just saw some posts of people using grok to harass artists by drawing slurs all over their art.
Truly the worst timeline.
most AI people hate artists and want to punish them for their hubris and arrogance and want them all replaced and non-existent, and they say this openly and have for years, it's not some shock. the weird thing is when AI people act surprised about it
I remember seeing a post about how normalized AI in advertisements making the company look cheap will mean real art will start becoming the standard for brands to seem more luxurious and it's really happening
I respectfully disagree. If you reward people who use ai you embolden others to just give in and use it. If using ai in your game means you loose all public support then that will lead to others hesitating or refusing to use ai because it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
