@AmericanAir thanks for delaying 5 bags in one week for spring break. 2 on the outbounf and 3 on the return. On the outbound i was able to create a claim online but now thats not available on the return? Why?
You send me to @uBreakiFix and they state it's a Samsung problem and to start replacement process but you insists on sending me to a @GeekSquad that doesn't fix samsung phones
