No Head Coach….
Lost your best Offensive Lineman.
Lost your best Corner Back.
Ryan Day just got punked by a coach who was assuming 3 roles as Offensive Line Coach, Offensive Coordinator and Head Coach.

This got me thinking…
It takes only 175 swings a day to get 10,000 swings in 2 months.
How much more prepared could you be for the spring if you took 10,000 swings in the next 2 months?
That win felt bigger than an OSU win. In Happy Valley, against a top 10 team, no head coach, and all this nonsense going on. Completely dominated from start to finish. Go Blue!
Average college players spend 3,000 hours on their game in 4 years. Only 4% of that is spent on actual game play. You need mental & physical stamina, toughness & a willingness to work regardless of success or playing time. You have to love the process of what it takes to compete!
Just because you’ve been a starter for three years doesn’t mean your position is safe. It’s your coach’s job to play the best player, no matter their age. Therefore, never get complacent. Keep working hard as if you’re neck and neck with someone trying to take your position.
