While we’ve achieved gender parity in terms of athletes at Olympic Games, there is still a disparity in elite female coaches. Empowering female coaches through programs such as the Women in Sport High-performance pathway program is a critical step forward to changing that.

The IOC is tackling the challenge & creating pathways for more women to reach the highest levels of coaching. The @wish_pathway programme funded by Olympic Solidarity aims to equip over 100 women for coaching at elite levels by 2024.
