@MSFT365Status Update that may help anyone still having issues - I just did the latest update on iPhone (26.4.2) on both my phones and then tried to re-add my email and it has finally worked as well as on my laptop. I used the recovery email option, got pin and entered in and all ok now.

@CherieAmourB @MSFT365Status I did reset my password when the issue started. Then when I did the iOS update, I was able to access emails again on both phones, MacBook and Outlook app. Has been working ever since. However, I did use the email recovery option and that worked for all devices.

@Amber2159 @MSFT365Status I had 3 options - the password option, phone number or recovery email. The other two were not working when I tried that’s why I chose latter one. That one worked too for the outlook app. Maybe with the new iOS update the other options will work hopefully. 🤞

@Amber2159 @MSFT365Status So when I went to settings on other phone and laptop where it was asking me to re-enter password, I clicked to do so and selected email recovery option, received the one time PIN code and did it that way, connected me back immediately.

@Amber2159 @MSFT365Status I originally deleted mine yesterday cos thought it was an issue with mine before knowing it was a Microsoft issue 🤦‍♀️ hence why I re- added today. But on my laptop and other phone, I hadn’t deleted it, so just updated both with my password using email recovery option.

@soxxylady @MSFT365Status Exactly! It’s ridiculous 🤦‍♀️ Thought that was suss as never had to do that before with an update. Getting beyond a joke now Literally watching our every move now and wanting to control us more 😡

@MSFT365Status You should have been working on this issue 24/7 and not taking a break until it was fixed!!! Unacceptable to lock people out of their emails when we need them for work, personal and seriously important use!!! Disgrace of a company 😡
