1987 Lalru bus massacres of HINDU

Militants belonging to the Khalistan Commando Force hijacked a Haryana Roadways passenger bus no. HYE 1735 near Lalru village in the Mohali district of Punjab, roughly 15 miles from Chandigarh.

After diverting the bus, the Khalistani looted the passengers, segregated the Hindu travelers, and opened indiscriminate fire from both ends of the aisle.

The 5-minute shooting resulted in the deaths of 38 people, including women and children, with 33 others injured.

* ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ AK-47, ਡਰਮ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਚੱਕ ਕੇ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਹ ਕੌਣ ਸਨ? ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਸੀ।

* ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਸਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ, ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ।

* ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ 5 ਵੱਜਦੇ ਹੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਸੰਨਾਟਾ ਪਸਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਮਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਲ, ਭੈਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੀਰ ਇੱਕ ਝਟਕੇ 'ਚ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ।

* ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਉਹ ਖੌਫਨਾਕ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੰਬ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ।

* ਇਹ ਸੀ 90 ਦਾ ਦਹਾਕਾ—ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ। ਚੱਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਗੋਲੀ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਜਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ।

* ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ।

* ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। 🕊️🌾
