@WestJet can you please share with a public reply why you force travellers to add a full day with a connection & 5 hour layover through Toronto instead of booking them on a direct Calgary to Halifax morning flight that your website shows ample room on? Is it exclusively profit?
@WestJet any guidance on how much extra slack to account for on a “legal connection” to allow for your complete incompetence and “unplanned maintenance? Two hours apparently isn’t enough. #westjetted
@WestJet of the almost 100% instances your flights being significantly delayed, what percentage do you tell your customers are “due to an issue outside of the airlines control”?
“Westjetted” - Universally accepted term for enduring a piss-poor air travel experience due to an incompetent operator compounded by insanely poor customer service.
As in “we got Westjetted on day 1 of our trip out east”
@WestJet remember when you were a highly regarded air carrier whose distinguishing signature was customer service? Did you purposely pivot from that model or is your slow gradual decline just a fallout of consistently poor management?

@WestJet Awesome. In the amount of time you took replying o Twitter, someone could have just called and actually provided what would literally have been a few seconds of customer service. But sure, I’ll just drive an hour out of the way to the airport as to not inconvenience anyone at WJ.
@WestJet are u even aware your company was built on customer service? Have spent hours on hold over the past day only to have call dropped randomly on your end. When will u realize urgent customer care is good for return business?
@WestJet Travel is in five days, but heading camping and out of cell service tomorrow morning. Have spent the last six hours on hold with three different calls that dropped.
@WestJet Thanks for the quick reply. I’m aware a phone call is required. Which is why I asked if it would be possible for someone to call us back? Or do we just continue waiting on hold for hours on end only for the call to be dropped over and over?
