37 billion Naira in Pension and Gratuity in 2013

Using Soludo’s system of equations,

2013 exchange rate of about ₦163.67 = US$1:

₦37,000,000,000 ÷ 163.67 ≈ US$226.0 million

So, ₦37 billion in 2013 was approximately US$226 million.

US$226 million × ₦1,329.39 (today’s exchange rate) ≈ ₦300.44 billion

So, the ₦37 billion from 2013, valued at approximately US$226 million, would be about ₦300.4 billion at today’s exchange rate.

Obi paid equivalent of ₦300.4 billion to Anambrarians in pension and gratuity!
