Chubarov called for the Kerch Bridge to be destroyed as soon as possible.

The Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, stated that the faster the Kerch Bridge is destroyed, the sooner the temporarily occupied Crimea will be liberated.

According to Chubarov, the Kerch Bridge remains a key logistical artery through which Russia supplies its troops on the peninsula, so its destruction would have significant military importance.

At the same time, he emphasized that Ukraine must seek ways to put pressure on the occupying authorities that minimize risks for civilians and pro-Ukrainian Crimeans.
