@noahstrang_ I noticed for the US anthem they show Canadian Bo Horvat, and for the Canadian anthem they show Czech Hronek, US Hughes, US Sherwood, Swede Hög and behind him Fin Rä2.
@SpittinPicklets@CanucksArmy It’s nice to have enough depth that you can afford to have a top 6 forward like Garland on your 3rd line, and 3rd liners like Sherwood & Heinen on your 4th. Maybe they can help Rä2 develop his game in time for the playoffs.
@SpittinPicklets@CanucksArmy Too early to say, but if Jonny sticks when Boes returns, we could have:
Suter-JT-Lekk/Boes
JDB-Petey-Boes/Lekk
CoDak & Blue
Heinen-Rä2-Sherwood
A very deep forward group, and accommodates moving Hög for a D partner for Brännström.
@HamWilder@BatchHockey Blue Sky Mine “was inspired by the tragic events at the Wittenoom asbestos mines, where workers developed serious asbestos-related diseases. “Blue” refers to blue asbestos, and “Colonial Sugar Refining Company owned the mines” (per Perplexity).
