@KCCRTX there are many people that feel as I do. Property taxes should cease after a property is paid for. There are always properties for sale and while financed then tax it. Give the people a reason to OWN!

I have a question for everyone. Would this idea be fair? I live in Texas and on vehicles we pay a tax when we buy it but not afterwards. Why can't we do something similar on property? If financed pay a small tax once paid off then no taxes unless it sells.
