@virginmedia Business Customer, Do you not think i have already tried calling with several promised return calls which i didn't get??
4 different people i was put through to raise a complaint and then i get put through to the person i want to make the complain about? No one Listening!

First time using @virginmedia for a leased line and never been treated so badly. No replies to our e-mails or calls. Hours of on hold music and no complaints department apparently. Line installed not fit for purpose and 0 customer service. Install started in October ?????

@virginmedia We agreed a contract for a leased line with an ADSL auto failover. You have installed the leased line but can no longer offer the ADSL failover which leaves us with the only option of paying 4x the price for a backup leased line? Hours of calls but no one is interested.
