@libsoftiktok On Friday, I sat through a @billburr comedy set, where he declared that he wants to see more CEOs killed and was openly rooting for Luigi Mangione. Not comedy in my book.
@indexnforgetit Trying to buy a used car is the ninth layer of hell. Most dealerships advertise cars they plan to auction off just to get you in the door. Used car lots are actually nowhere near as sleazy as the dealerships when it comes to new cars.
@ClayTravis I would be so mad if I bought tickets for my family and it turned out to be pride night. My kids shouldn't be subjected to what comes with that.
I went to see @billburr last night. I can laugh at funny jokes about the right. His woke jokes were just hateful and mostly not close to funny. And the set-long bit about how he's in therapy and no longer angry... Is probably the exact reason he's no longer funny.
@esanzi@marcportermagee I'm also surprised by this! I went to visit a Catholic 1-8 in RI and I didn't see a single teacher teaching when we toured the school. Lots of kids on computers!
@BasedRedWolf My third grader had testing in the beginning of May. They've basically been goofing around and not learning anything since then. I'm pulling them out of their school at the end of the year.
Two crosswalks in Providence were painted with rainbow flags on Tuesday as the capital city marks 50 years of Pride in Providence. Learn more: https://t.co/JaLHdu8ixV
@Right2Work Screens are absolutely part of the problem, not just a convenient scapegoat. Screens and school closures are not mutually exclusive. Screens are also the fault of the teachers' unions, so there's that.
