abs & I’m also working on my handstand again bcs it was so much fun last time! Had a tough day mentally tho bcs of Corona.

Did not take any pictures, but I promise I did workout twice today😅Cardio&core taekwondo style this morning, then static training, body control & balance taekwondo style on the evening.

Just had to include my breakfast and lunch too. PB mugcake with coconut yoghurt. Looks like shit but tastes sooo good🤤

This morning me and my friend practiced our elasticity. I have NONE and NEVER been able to jump so this was quite an achievement for me. Did some core, cardio and legs too bcs why not.

Can barely walk after my legday earlier this week combined with yesterdays crossfit, but I managers to walk myself to the gym for chest+tricep. Hit a Low weight High rep training and starting to feel good and energized again💪🏽
Been training double today! 1h of taekwondo this morning and 1h crossfit this afternoon. My body is screaming for help😅 my coach felt creative this morning and gave us all a good and little bit scared laugh #after66
Been stuck babysitting my nephew all day which has been so fun. Manage to squeeze in a leg workout during the evening which I def Will Feel tmrw. AND got two new tattoos today. Super stoked #after66
Back at the gym today after a week of drinking and skiing! Shoulders & abs on the scheduele 2day! Feels so good to be back & back on a diet again.
Protein pancakes for Breakfast, tacosalad for lunch, zucchinipasta for dinner. Ended the day with 1h hard TKD training! #after66

Had a huge test coming up, which I Finally did on saturday. 8h of tests. Ugh. So I had little time to focus on training since I had to study.
But now when I’m DONE I can go back to 100% focus on myself. Just a little bit of vacay w/ my best Friends first😉 #after66
Day 71:
NEW PR! Hit a new Deadlift PR at 85kg! My friend and I made a pact to hit 120kg together so time to work for it! Continued my back workout with rows, pullups, goodmornings & also did some bicep curls.

Ik #gymshark66 is over and many ppl are probably putting this behind them in some kind of way. But I’m gonna continue to post my progress because this motivates me like no other! And I Hope you’re doing the same bcs your progress helps me wanna get stronger too!💪🏽
Chest yesterday and Taekwon-Do today! Feeling that a New PR in bench is on it’s wayy! Feeling like I don’t care about my diet that much atm but vacay is around the corner and it’s hard to not let loose a bit. Gonna be a sloppy week ahead but life is about having fun, isn’t it?
