@LandiLodge I think Captain America was chosen for the super soldier because he did in fact represent the 'idea' of American people during the ww2 era which was the major crux of the mcu winter soldier film that 'ideal'ameeican ideal wasn't being shown in the current era

I think that his pr skills in this clip devalued the movie but not the character; it speaks to the overall distraction from the basis of the mcu but speaks more to Cap in canon
