@CalMacFerries No I gave up in the end I can understand the complexity of setting up a new system will cause issues but I cannot accept waiting in a phone queue for well over an hour to get to the front of the queue only to get the phone put down on me upon answering totally unacceptable

@CalMacFerries My new set of tickets sent out to coincide with the new system have my details in duplicate and not my Wife's details, if this is not an issue when we arrive at Port to board then that is okay but if it is i have no access to my Account as it has disappeared
