Hey @MITREcorp, the target of your Navy special project was discussed by Grusch!

Surely you'll be including decades of finished and raw intelligence regarding an enormous USO with a permanent station off the coast of the Bahamas that your own employees refer to as a "tic-tac factory" in your response to @RepEricBurlison's interrogative that was due months ago.

And just to be specific, this project is several decades old, reports to the Office of Naval Intelligence as a cognizant authority, and features a cover project where uncleared engineers analyze and fix "radar spoofing".

Meanwhile, we know these "sensor anomalies", "anomalous signatures", and "unconventional technology" (your internal terms on this cover project) represent an undersea vehicle, roughly the diameter of 10 city blocks, that deploys and collects its own subordinate vehicles that are capable of transmedium travel.

80 Years of UFO Crash Retrieval and Reverse Engineering: A Timeline

A detailed historical timeline of UFO crash retrievals and Legacy Programs. From 1947 to present, a coordinated effort operating as a hidden shadow of the US government, nestled within the National Security Council's covert activity oversight structure, has operated with a focused mission: the retrieval, storage, exploitation, derivation, reverse engineering, and program protection of non-human technical vehicles.

This project seeks to build out a functional timeline of how the Legacy Programs began, morphed, and adapted over the decades, particularly to address how this once unified national effort degraded into a shell of itself in the 21st century, a siloed mission space devoid of centralized leadership.

For such an analysis, this timeline featuring over 3 dozen entries will be broken up into relevant epochs that accurately encapsulate major "eras" of the Legacy Programs:

- the Golden Era (1947-1978)
- the Cold War Reorganization (1978-1994)
- the Modern Era (1994-Present)

Each major epoch of the Legacy Programs details stark contrasts within program objectives, leadership, cohesiveness, etc....

The Cold War Reorganization details a period of turbulence, where while the programs enjoyed myriad breakthroughs and successes, the legacy program structure began to sever off pieces of itself to hide within cover offices and programs as well as the private sector.

The Modern Era highlights an epoch of dysfunction... Kickstarted by breaking away the UFO steering group into a quasi-industry and USGOV control group of 27, this era is defined by factionality, limited disclosure initiatives, and private defense contractors establishing their own crash retrieval initiatives.

Seeing as there are over 36 entries here in the video, I only have so much time to cover each topic, so for further exploration or investigation into entries, I have entire videos or video chapters in my catalogue dedicated to relevant topics!

Of course, the timeline is my assessment of the Legacy Ecosystem and adheres to my specialties - crash retrieval and reverse engineering. To be perfectly candid, there are dozens of entries I am missing... due to there not being a centralized legacy program repository and the ever-present fact that the programs have an appetite to destroy, bury, or burn records to keep program knowledge "in-house", a full mapping of the legacy program's history is likely impossible. And it goes without saying there are dozens more entries appropriate for such a timeline that are simply out of my areas of expertise!

With that being said, though only pieces of the puzzle, this timeline is indeed functional and, in my assessment, accurately traces critical milestones and inflection points within the programs.

Surely your legally required response will comprehensively address and supply decades of internal MITRE documents, records, and audiovisual files for Section 5: "Sensor Data, Domain Awareness, and UAP/USO Detection".

I reckon Congress and the American People would be very keen to learn about MITRE's involvement in a decades-old, unacknowledged Special Access Program relegated to your hidden Special Security Office in McLean, VA that monitors and tracks a particular enormous USO with a permanent station in the waters of the deep Atlantic, off the coast of the Bahamas.... Referred to by your own employees as a "tic-tac factory".

Just as I reckon Congress and the American people would be even more keen to gain access to the decades of sensor datasets, analytic reports, briefings, audiovisual data, etc of this enormous object compiled for your relevant USG cognizant authority here (Navy specifically ONI), that display this enormous maritime vehicle deploying and collecting an array of "subordinate vehicles" that display transmedium, high-performance flight characteristics.

So no more burn bag and shred parties at the Fairfax County Virginia Waste Management depot like MITRE has done for years.... Speaking of, might I suggest @RepEricBurlison getting a letter to Fairfax County, VA Waste Management and asking for records of every instance in which MITRE was granted full, unobstructed access to vacated waste management sites...

An exploration into the MITRE Corporation, sometimes referred to as "the most important company you've never heard of." Since its inception in 1958, the MITRE Corporation, its 15 "MITRE Labs", and 6 operational FFRDCs (Federally Funded Research and Development Centers) have served as a long-term, strategic partner in the US Government and the Department of Defense's most national security-sensitive National Programs.

As a renowned R&D ace, systems engineering expert, and premier science and technology think tank, MITRE is also intimately entwined with discussions of covert Unacknowledged Special Access Programs focused on the recovery, storage, and exploitation of UFOs.

As recently as late May 2026, @RepEricBurlison published interrogatives sent to MITRE demanding "MITRE’s potential custody, control, analysis, transfer, destruction, or withholding of records related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), anomalous aerospace or undersea events, recovered materials, technologies of unknown origin, and alleged legacy crash-retrieval or reverse-engineering programs."

This 10-page, comprehensive letter is tremendously direct and clear with its language, outlining 11 UFO-related records requests that MITRE is legally mandated to answer.

This investigation seeks not just to investigate MITRE and UFO Legacy Programs, but also to directly aid in Representative Burlison's brave and noble interrogative pursuits, outlining my knowledge of allegations regarding MITRE's involvement in USO tracking projects and UFO material exploitation covert programs. Thus, the objective of this project is to address the hyper-specifics of what MITRE should and could include in their legally mandated response to Burlison's office.

Rewinding a little, this investigation will explore the acknowledged and hidden history of MITRE, detailing MITRE's founding as the Air Force's spiritual successor to the RAND Corporation tasked with spearheading systems engineering to SAGE, while also offering an additional, alleged hidden impetus for MITRE - the construction of a trusted and long-term strategic partner answerable only to their DoD customer to spearhead technology reverse engineering and exploitation from recovered UFOs.

Throughout this project, numerous critical questions will be explored regarding MITRE's Legacy Program involvement, and several startling allegations regarding MITRE's work in specifically UFO technology reverse engineering, USO tracking, and Legacy Program Security architecture will be addressed.

This investigation will lead to allegations and exploration of MITRE's role within two Navy-spearheaded UFO Legacy Program activities:

1) The reverse engineering, exploitation, and maturation of specific non-human technologies deemed exploitable from late 1940s recovered UFOs. This program has been central to the MITRE portfolio since MITRE's inception in 1958.... We will detail the structure of this program - mission partners (Navy Systems Command, Naval Intelligence, Naval Research, DIB contractors), operational program locations such as Naval Major Range and Test Facility Bases (MRTFBs), and unpack the organizational hierarchy of this project (ONI + NAVAIR -> MITRE -> DIB Primes)

2. The tracking, monitoring, and possible tasking for collection of an enormous USO aka "tic tac factory," with a permanent or semi-permanent station in the Atlantic, with all-source data processed by MITRE. This alleged activity is SHOCKINGLY similar to the "4chan whistleblower" that in late 2023 claimed anonymously to possess intimate knowledge of UFO activity beneath Earth's waters in the Atlantic.

Vangaurd has been three plus years in the making for Matt and I, starting under a pine tree with me freaking out about ticks lol, knowing what we know and seeing the trauma of whistleblowers and experiencers, their families and friends.

I became a whistleblower March 3, 2023 not because of "UFOs" but concern for the safety of people involved with the subject. Since then, I have tried my best to be a good human, friend, coworker, and to work to help people.

@JeremyCorbell and @g_knapp interviewed @SunOfAbramelin about ODNI crimes committed against whistleblowers this very year. Weeks later, James Erdman III literally said Church committees are needed under oath in front of the U.S. Senate due to what CIA and ODNI did to whistleblowers. As of this time, "UFO" hearings are yet to be held in front of the U.S. Senate.

"Disclosure" is a once in a species event. It comes with all of the issues humans have. Money, power, crime, technology, and the more despicable aspects of humanity many of you reading this know.

I never wanted to be known. I don't think many of the whistleblowers did. We did this because those of us in uniform swore to die for THE Constitution. Some of us meant it, some didn't. We believe we have to speak for others who cant speak for themselves, a.k.a morality.

This project picks up where Part 1 left off, where in 1994 the Special Access Program (SAP) enterprise was restructured to safely gatekeep USG access and vest permanent control of the UFO portfolio within the above-mentioned quasi-industry and government group.

Here I seek to perform an exhaustive dive into the structure of Special Access Programs (SAPs), Controlled Access Programs (CAPs), and Covert Action Programs (also CAPs), and explore how and why such compartmented national programs are the PERFECT ecosystem for hiding UFO crash retrieval and exploitation activities.

This investigation will explore the types of SAPs, protection levels of SAPs, governance structure of SAPs, and the who, what, when, where, and why of how SAPs operate.... Ultimately, giving examples for how each SAP type (Acquisition, Intelligence, and Operations and Support) with waived unacknowledged status can house UFO activities.

Indeed, the project will also explore SPECIFIC loopholes UFO Legacy Programs have exploited within White House SAPs and Covert Action Programs out of the National Security Council to operate "Non-Covert Action Programs" - programs with managed need-to-know (MNTK) access and mighty SAP security protocols with completely waived reporting and budgetary requirements! As this investigation will argue, this is done by taking White House SAP Non-Covert Action Programs and applying the "Content-Only SAP" designation to exist in a quasi Title 10 and Title 50 state!

Though the SAP ecosystem is absolutely the most critical piece of the investigation, this documentary also explores deputized agencies and services that mitigate program exposure and insider/outsider threat protection with DARPA SID, DOE OICI, AFOSI/PJ, and AFLCMC/IP, addresses onion-sponsored narrative control and disinformation campaigns including the Robertson Panel, Condon Committee, AARO, and AAWSAP, and evaluates much of the body of the modern-day onion through the concept of "unrivaled secrecy."

Short list of the MANY things we will explore today:

- Continued investigation into UFO Legacy Programs being housed (partially modern day) within the National Security Council's subgroup on covert action (5412 Special Group, 303 Committee, etc)
- Define DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs), Intelligence Community Controlled Access Programs (CAPs), and National Security Council Covert Action Programs (Also CAPs)
- Explore how the National Security Council (NSC) has utilized White House SAPs with the "Content-Only" budgetary tier/administrative designation to create "Non-Covert Action Programs effectively" that waive ALL budgetary and reporting requirements
- Define the Content-Only SAP designation and describe how making a SAP contain CPI (Critical Program Information) is imperative to Legacy Program Secrecy
- Explain 10 USC § 119 and 50 USC § 3093 and argue why these UFO White House SAP Non-Covert Action Programs exist in a grey area between Title 10 and Title 50, not adherent to either's reporting structure
- Define and give examples for the three types and three protection levels of SAPs - Acquisition, Intelligence, Operations, and Support, and Acknowledged, Unacknowledged, and Waived, respectively
- Construct an illustrative example of how each type of SAP would be used on the Hidden Wing UFO exploitation program out of Air Force Acquisition
- Identify how all points above are massaged to completely waive congressional briefings and traditional oversight reporting for UFO-related SAPs
- Study SAP naming conventions and additional security controls such as NOFORN (Not Releasable to Foreign National)
- Identify how @ENERGY SAPs answer to their own statutory authority and get real spooky, real fast!
- Explore the SAP governance hierarchy, including: Component SAPCO (SAP Special Office), USD SAPCO, DoD SAPCO, SAPOC (SAP Central Office), and SRG (Senior Review Group)
- Argue why DoD SAPCO, SAPOC, and SRG are premier gatekeeping institutions for USG access into the programs
- Identify relevant USD (Undersecretary of Defense) departments connected to specific SAP types and capable of UFO activities (USD(I&S), USD(A&S), USD(R&E))
- Discuss several funding schemes the Legay structure harnesses for program funding: haircuts across black projects and unexpected offices/services, self-fund through cutout activities, hiding budget in generic DoD budgets with Content-Only SAPs, criminal enterprises, IR&D, etc
- Name several agencies/services within USG SAP architecture that serve as program protection and exposure mitigation for the Legacy apparatus, including: AFOSI/PJ (Office of Special Projects), DOE OICI (Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence), AFLCMC/IP (Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Information Protection Directorate), and DARPA SID (Security & Intelligence Directorate)
- While on the subject of DARPA, identify Dr. Peter Highman (Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering) as a senior Legacy Program scientist at the upper echelons of the SAP ecosystem

This project will seek to explore how Presidents Eisenhower and Truman emboldened the early legacy effort by vesting custody of NHI disks within the Atomic Energy Commission National Labs, establishing the UFO control group under the National Security Council and NSC's 5412 Committee, and safeguarding the programs with statutory authority under the 1954 Atomic Energy Act.

Today will also explore key architects in the Manhattan Project 2.0s security infrastructure, including Dr. Vannevar Bush, who also essentially established the modern-day scientific military structure, and General George C. Marshall who seemingly outlined early UFO Crash Retrieval teams through the Alsos Missions and T-Force.

Finally, today will explore how the Cold War, specifically the 1980s, broke a once unified Manhattan Project 2.0 into the modern-day siloed and shattered program infrastructure. Specifically, a thorough analysis will focus on presidential executive orders expanding or constraining special access program oversight, the Yellow Fruit and Iran-Contra scandals, and finally 1980s Pentagon audits that, as the video argues, nearly exposed the legacy programs.

- Translation of compartmentalization, organizational architecture, physical security, classification/info control, and political shield/cover from the Manhattan Project onto the Manhattan Project 2.0
- Establishing of the Manhattan Project 2.0 during 1947-1951
- President Truman establishing the UFO Legacy Program control group within the National Security Council
- Eisenhower taking the above point a step further by instilling the UFO legacy program control group within the National Security Council 5412 Committee "Special Group" which would then continue into Nixon's 303 Committee
- Truman vesting custody of recovered discs within the Atomic Energy Commission's National Laboratories in 1948 to undergo scientific analysis by teams led by Dr. Vannevar Bush
- Dr. Vannevar Bush and General George C. Marshall as several of the primary architects behind UFO legacy program secrecy, scientific analysis infrastructure, and crash retrieval teams
- Analysis of changing US classification systems and introduction of "ad hoc" special access controls onto "black programs" with Eisenhower's Executive Order 10501, which removed the "restricted" classification from standard executive order-based confidential, secret, and top secret classification
- Study of the 1954 Atomic Energy Act's statuatory authority being implemented to subject the Manhattan Project 2.0 to even greater security controls and secrecy
- Explanation of "restricted data" and how AEC/DOE/NNSA classification systems vary drastically from standard US executive order-based classification
- Breaking of the Manhattan Project 2.0 into the siloed "rice bowl" of programs which exist today during the Cold War
- Study of Special Access Program oversight flexing or tightening during the 1950s-1980s through several executive orders, including EO 10501, EO 11652, and EO 12356 (and NSDD-159)
- Investigate 1983's audit of the "Yellow Fruit" USAP out of the Army Special Operations Division, leading to MASSIVE SAP reforms, and why I believe such audits that helped lead to the Iran-Contra Scandal also exposed the UFO legacy program portfolio
- Explore how after this fracturing, finally in 1994, the program structure broke itself into a quasi USG/industry group of solely several dozen top level individuals
