I came across this masterpiece in my research & I had to share. The color harmony , the green touch just on the right places.
The landscaping works on point. If only good people you would be implenting the package as given by our architects tungekuwa singapore already.

Shida ni you implement this without its landscaping and ends up looking like a black goat among white sheep.

My reasoned budget for this would be around 15m on the median. Wale wa 7m come have a field day. Ni Furahiday.

Got commissioned for a shopping mall. Client wanted a small Shoprite-style enclosed mall, but I convinced them to go open mall instead, big win for sustainability.
Now pushing to use rammed earth or repurposed shipping containers for the stalls. Let’s see how far we can take it.
