Though we are all on the same earth, this earth is different to all of us individually.

The experience you have is yours personally.

Honoring thy self over pleasing others will pay you back in residual dividends.

Three of the most simple words in the English language that we can all use to avoid a conversation with someone who is determined to misunderstand anything we are about to say.

Followed by the words. “Bye Boo”

Or silence, just walk away from the conversation.

Don’t pick sides, don’t fall for the words that cause fights. That’s the best way to 🛑 growth that can make a difference

Remind our kids that they are heard, that they can speak up, and that when you share your feelings you are not attacked but understood.

When you see a fire, you dont' throw gas on it, and you don't add more fire.

Find a way to bring more peace to each other, bring value to each other’s live and not create more ashes.

Black and white does not allow for the nuanced differences in our modern more sophisticated, cultural, educated, scientifically and philosophically advanced society.

Learn more colors before you paint the canvas of conversation.

As your world view narrows your experience decreases and as your experience decreases, your compassion shrinks.

All of this makes room for a growing of miss understanding as the world hears fewer voices of intellect and their perception of the world around us.

How can you continue to grow if you cannot listen to anyone with information that negates your own? That is how we learn.

Challenge your beliefs.

When you feel like giving up, do it!

Then after 20 minutes of enjoying your freedom, get your ass up start with a new perspective.

Unfollowing those that are hateful, selfish, rude, and discriminating is self care…

Embrace that we don’t know what we don’t know. It’s a great way to calm the Ego.
