#DoctorWhoSpoilers, we haven't had a time jump between episodes for a while. Ruby has been travelling with the Doctor for 6 months by the second episode and their chemistry shows it. Hope to see some of those earlier adventures explored in the upcoming novels.
Major #DoctorWhoSpoilers look away if need be
Was that the first time THAT character has been directly spoken about since the revival? Not just referenced, but directly addressed
He felt like a grandfather at a very turbulent time in my childhood. Thank you Bernard Cribbins for always putting a smile on my face
I'm so happy we get to see him again in the 60th but I'm not prepared to see 'In Memory of Bernard Cribbins' at the end
Trying every possible way to watch the new episode while backpacking. It's great to see the support 14 is getting and beautiful to see the representation the era is opening with. Hope there's space in the timeline for a couple of 14 novels outside the Target ones

@alicethecircus Hi, great idea!
Here's my past 48 hours; dyed my hair bright red and spending Christmas 25000 miles from home making friends in a house full of strangers
@theDWshow Deleted the og tweet because I don't like the harsh language I used. OG tweet said 'The Doctors relationship with Churchill is problematic' and 'can it be spun differently' in a much more expletive laden way π
@theDWshow Good point. That particularly works with 11, being able to disregard or flat out ignore aspects they don't agree with to make a workable ally. 10 would probably be similar too. 9 and 12 would have none of it. Not sure about 13 though
Only Wonderland to go and then @junodawson London trilogy is complete. Clean and Meat Market give thought provoking insights into worlds which touch us all whether we notice or not. Dawson is certainly my author of the year
I'm in Sydney living entirely out of hand luggage. Whatever higher power there is they are certainly testing me. This is an incredible selection with some I've never seen in person like Chicks Dig Time Lords!?!?
If you're in Sydney go to @abbeysbookshop
Read this in one sitting yesterday. A beautiful exploration of a family that experiences every Christmas drama at once, particularly enjoy the exploration of ED and identity. After reading this and HMRC I need to work my way through @junodawson catalogue. She is incredible.
