I reached my weight goal today. Started in December low 270's and today broke 210, at 209.8 lbs. But I am going to keep going as I expect some sort of rubber band bounce if I stop here. I've set a new goal for 190. Last time I was this weight, I was still married 20+ years ago.

@Mrgunsngear I still don't understand how in America you can be completely legal and then you are in jail in another state. That's not freedom. It's the equivalent of a cop sitting behind a 40mph sign after it was 55 100 yards down the road. But the penalty ain't a ticket, it's 10 years.

@MDTTAC I can go toe to toe up to 500 yards with my .223. And it can go further if you know what you're doing. That said, I prefer 6.5 creedmoor at distance and am still not getting beat up like you would with a .308. It's just not something I will probably ever get.

@MDTTAC I got a bag of 1" round patches for my 22LR and .223 and a bag of 1.5" round for my 6.5 creedmoor. No more cutting and stuff getting stuck. But yes, offsetting works for the bigger caliber.

@awfulannouncing A "show" now, but used to be a journalist. SAS is a success story, hard working all the way up to the top. Hardest working person in sports. Love or hate, he's extremely educated on many topics & always on top of current events. Do you know how hard that is to be like him?

I averaged a half inch from point of aim today across all rounds, which is by far the best I've ever shot at 100 yards. I'm really frickin' pumped right now.

Avg Extreme Spread: 1.364"
Avg Extreme Spread MOA: 1.303
MOA Avg Mean Radius: 0.525"
Avg Mean Radius MOA: 0.502 MOA

Best I've ever shot at 100 yards. Ruger American 20" in .223, ammo was Sig Sauer Marksman Elite SMK JHP 77gr. Significant difference in kick from 55gr to 77gr. But much more accurate and consistent. #LetsGoShooting

@Professor_bond @MrLeadslinger Yeah, he kept changing the distances but I am looking for a house gun set up. You can take the 11.5 out to 200 meters, which kind of defies everything I thought I knew. I always assumed 18" was best for longer range. But no one can legitimately say threat was 200 meters.
