@MLB There should be a system where the original or current team of a player can always offer more salary than a different team. also, the salary cap should never prevent a team from retaining its own developed players. this doesnt apply to stars who sign then re-up next contract.

@MLB I want a salary cap on other teams free-agents, no limit on re-signing your own free agents. the team that developed a talent should always be able to retain them. Fans of teams that develop well shouldn't be punished because of the salary cap.
