@catheri69685944@British_Airways Absolutely useless and shocking customer support! To finally get a reply that says I need to go through the agent I booked through is a joke as I’m the customer- just answer the issue!
@British_Airways very frustrated with how long it’s taking to resolve a complaint submitted weeks ago and chased up with no reply. Can’t get through to customer relations - there’s always an issue ongoing that advises to try again later. Guess you want people to just give up?
After 2 months of waiting I finally get a reply that doesn’t answer my complaint in any way. Advises me to speak to the booking agent as they are the customer not me. Royal cop out and zero customer service. I just want to speak to someone about this issue!
