🚨 BREAKING: DAYS after being inaugurated, Colombia's new right-wing President Abelardo de la Espriella has just AUTHORIZED joint US military operations to target the cartels
Colombia has ALSO joined President Trump's Americas Counter-Cartel Coalition 🔥
HEGSETH: "I'm proud to announce that Colombia will join the A3C, becoming the 19th member, and through the newly inaugurated president, as our president likes to say, President El Tigre, Colombia has ALREADY requested that the Department of War join Colombia in its fight against narco-terrorism..."
"...authorizing joint military operations to DESTROY terrorist and terror networks."
INCREDIBLE! Colombia is about to become a BIG ally, a massive shift from former left-wing President Petro 🇺🇸🇨🇴
David Sinclair says a cheap erectile dysfunction pill is shrinking tumors in mice.
He takes it daily himself, at a fraction of the normal dose.
The drug is tadalafil, the generic in Cialis.
Sinclair says a new study found people taking it are more resistant to certain cancers, including head and neck cancer.
It works two ways.
It blocks the cells that hide tumors from your immune system, and it stops cancer cells from feeding on cholesterol.
Sinclair takes 7 milligrams a day, well under the normal dose, for his hair and his prostate.
The cancer protection he says came as a surprise.
* Blocks cells that shield tumors
* Stops cancer feeding on cholesterol
* Sinclair takes it at low dose

I cleaned YEARS of microplastics, PFAS,and other toxins from my blood…
According to a study published today (10.61373/bh026a.0024), Double Filtration Plasmapheresis, also known as Inuspheresis, can remove a substantial amount of microplastics (+ nanoplastics) and PFAS (forever chemicals) from the blood.
These are both notoriously difficult to remove from the body. Few other therapies have been shown to be this effective.
Here’s how it works: Inuspheresis separates your blood into plasma and RBC fractions and then filters the plasma through a very fine filter before returning it to your body with your RBCs. This filter is then washed and the toxins collected in an eluate (pictured here) which can be analyzed for toxins.
This is different from TPE (therapeutic plasma exchange) which removes 70% of your plasma and replaces it with purified albumin only. This removes everything from your plasma, both good and bad. This puts significant stress on your body to replenish the good things it lost (immunoglobulins, clotting factors, SHBG, hormones, etc.).
Both are intriguing therapies and Insuspheresis is particularly interesting because it saves more of the good stuff from your plasma that are lost with TPE but gets rid of the bad stuff.
What bad stuff?
What I found in my eluate blew my mind:
>p,p DDE (breakdown product of DDT) 1220 ng/L (very high). A pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, and cancer risk. Found in insecticides and food sprayed with them.
>gamma hexachlorocyclohexane (lindane) 202 ng/L. Another pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, immunotoxicity. From pesticide residues in food or drinking water.
>Dichloromethane 9417 ng/L. Linked to liver toxicity, headaches, and cancer. From adhesives, paints, varnishes, and plastic industry.
>Trimethylbenzene 2960 ng/L. Linked to liver, kidney, thyroid, and immune damage.
>Benzene 446 ng/L. From fuels, exhaust, solvents. Linked to blood cancers (AML), immune suppression, and fatigue.
>Xylene 163 ng/L. From fuels and exhaust gases. Linked to headaches, fatigue, liver/kidney damage, and reproductive harm.
>Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs 138, 153, 180) PCB 180 57 ng/L. From plastics, electrical appliances, farm-raised fish. Linked to lower testosterone, thyroid disruption, immune suppression, and lymphoma.
And now this new study suggests I also removed a large amount of microplastics and PFAS from my blood, as well.
The study was small, but showed up to 75% reduction in PFAS and 70% in microplastics in the cohort along with reductions in inflammatory markers like CRP and fibrinogen (18 patients for PFAS, 6 for microplastics, 34 for inflammatory markers). These toxins piggyback on lipoproteins, which are removed as part of the apheresis protocol.
When I posted about this procedure last year many people commented that these claims were bogus, and that the kidneys do the work of filtering your plasma many times over on a daily basis.
While the kidneys do filter the plasma throughout the day, they are not adept at removing the lipid soluble toxins that adhere to lipoproteins in the same way that Inuspheresis (or TPE) can. There's a big difference in filtering power here.
Inuspheresis is not cheap (around $7000 for two sessions, price will decline with more availability in the future) but it appears to be very effective for removing toxins in a unique way from the human body.
After I had the procedure (I did two sessions last summer in Spain) I was tired for a few days but overall felt great and have felt good since. I will post my most recent set of labs separately in the future, but all biomarkers look very good without any hormone replacement (T is 775ng/dl, fasting insulin 2.5, thyroid labs pristine, ferritin 100ng/ml etc.) I am planning to repeat the procedure this summer and will share updated results.
Inuspheresis is not available in the US currently, but has been used in Europe since 2008 and over 70,000 treatments have been done. Props to the folks at https://t.co/bO5AJINIkV who are working on bringing this to the US in the very near future.
We live in a toxic world. I try my best to avoid forever chemicals, microplastics, and pesticides but it's impossible to be perfect.
I'm super excited about procedures like this which may help change the trajectory of human health in our increasingly polluted world.
(h/t to @mikeroplastics for background info this is and previous posts on Inuspheresis)
🚨 JOE ROGAN WAS RIGHT ABOUT SUNSCREEN — EXPERTS ARE NOW ADMITTING THE CHEMICALS ENTER YOUR BLOODSTREAM
Joe Rogan once said he was hesitant about chemical sunscreens because they get absorbed into the skin.
Experts called him crazy at the time.
Now major outlets like ABC are reporting the exact same concern:
A study found that common sunscreen chemicals (like oxybenzone and avobenzone) enter your bloodstream after just one day of use, and researchers are raising potential links to health issues.
Dermatologists are now recommending mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide instead, which sit on top of the skin rather than absorbing into it.
Joe was called a conspiracy theorist for saying this years ago.
What do you think... was he ahead of the curve?
To my Latter-day Saint ancestors,
Who settled a land mass almost twice the size of the original 13 colonies,
In a part of the world so barren and dry that most thought it was impossible.
Who faced extermination orders from governments, and fled from state to state,
Fled murderous mobs,
Went to war with the United States Army, and won…
I thank you for your sacrifices and bravery, and praise God for your preservation.
Happy Pioneer Day.
MARC ANDREESSEN WENT ON ROGAN FOR OVER 3 HOURS. HERE ARE THE 17 THINGS WORTH YOUR ATTENTION.
1. AGI is already here, in his view. He says the line got crossed about 3 months ago with GPT-5.5, Claude 4.6, Gemini 3, and Grok 4.3, and nobody noticed because the field moves too fast to register milestones anymore.
2. For almost any topic, he says the top models now give him better answers than the world-class experts he could call by phone, and he can call almost anyone. Worth noting he has not published data behind this, and a separate Nature Medicine study on a comparable AI health tool found it missed real emergencies more than half the time. Take the claim seriously, verify it yourself.
3. His claim on doctors: they are already using ChatGPT in the exam room, typing your symptoms in the moment you stop talking. His actual quote: "at that point you're asking the question of like, what do I need you for."
4. Reportedly, when AI declines to answer something, he tells it he's writing a novel to get past the refusal.
5. Reportedly, his technique for hard topics is escalating simplicity: explain it like I'm 10, then 5, then 2, until it clicks.
6. Reportedly, instead of asking for the "right" answer, he has the AI steelman both sides of a hard question, then decides himself.
7. Reportedly, for big questions he has the AI role-play a panel of experts arguing with each other.
8. His broader point: the moment you think "I don't know how to figure this out" is exactly when most people give up, and exactly when you should open the AI instead.
9. His view: the only real skill left is knowing what to ask. The bottleneck is in your head, not the model.
10. He describes sending AI photos, rashes, blood tests, for a fast second opinion, since current models read images directly.
11. He points to CBT as the one clinically proven therapy type that AI can plausibly deliver on its own, meaning real therapeutic support becomes freely available at scale.
12. He cites AI cracking previously unsolved math problems, with early signs of the same happening in physics, chemistry, and biology.
13. Reportedly, he claims the top AI coders in Silicon Valley now earn as much as $50 million a year, which he uses as a signal of how large this shift actually is.
14. Reportedly, a friend paid to sequence his own DNA, fed it to an AI along with blood work and wearable data, and got back a working health dashboard.
15. Reportedly, another friend set up cameras in his home jiu-jitsu gym so AI could review his sparring and give him technique notes.
16. He coined the term "AI vampire" for the pattern of people working more and sleeping less because AI keeps making more output possible, a real term he used, though the framing around it varies by account.
17. His extrapolation: one person eventually running many AI coding agents, each reviewing the others, describing this as close, not years out.
Watch the full interview before treating any single number as settled. Several of these are Andreessen's stated views and anecdotes, not independently verified facts.

Our administration owes a debt of gratitude to Nick Shirley for exposing one of the most egregious cases of fraud this country has ever seen.
If the media was worth their salt, they would take notes from Nick and other citizen journalists who care about investigating stories that affect the American people instead of trying to silence them.
🚨Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse’s warnings on GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy.
He compared their effects to what happens to astronauts in space, and the data is alarming.
Within days of use, these drugs trigger tinnitus, vision changes, and rapid muscle loss. After a month, astronauts lose up to 20% of their muscle mass.
The same thing is now happening on Earth to people taking these medications. A study from the Blau Lab (the same lab connected to Andrew Huberman) shows they destroy muscle and, crucially, stem cells.
Once stem cells are damaged, recovery becomes nearly impossible even after stopping the drug.
Kruse calls this the most dangerous class of drugs he has seen. It turns users into “astronauts on the planet”, flattened optic nerves, retinal damage, brain bleeding risks, and extreme muscle wasting.
The Osbournes are a visible example: they look like walking skeletons, and Sharon Osbourne has said she stopped but the damage continues.
Doctors in Europe and the US are being incentivized to prescribe them while Novo Nordisk prints record profits.
Don’t outsource your body to Fiat medicine.
