@luhshmunkster@CPFC I thought Palace played like the bottom of the table club they currently are, so I’m glad I’m not a United fan. They might have started strong, but they didn’t do much after the half.
@ProofLeader @K4R4_ Exactly. On Tuesday I read a piece that said the worst case scenario was implosion and I thought, “No, worst case scenario is being stuck in the dark at the bottom waiting for the air to run out.” Personally, I’d prefer the implosion.
No, best case scenario is something happened to the hull and they imploded, ending it all in a heartbeat. Worst case is they are stuck down there in a sound ship that is unable to surface while waiting to die.
Titanic expedition leader G. Michael Harris said he feared tragedy had struck the lost submersible and that there was nothing the Navy could do to save its five passengers — three of whom he said he knows personally.
“Worst situation is something happened to the hull. Our fear is that it imploded at around 3,200 meters,” Harris told Fox News.
“I don’t see anything that can happen at this point. I’m trying to be somewhat cautious, I don’t want to be the naysayer of what’s going on. When you’re talking 6,000 pounds per square inch, it is a dangerous environment.”
“More people have been to outer space than to this depth of the ocean. When you’re diving in these situations, you have to cross your t’s, dot your i’s. You have to do everything absolutely perfect and by the book.”
I am remaining curious and not judge mental about season 3, but this was the best episode of the last few weeks. @brettgoldstein nailed this scene (and all the others).
One of the best written monologues I’ve ever seen on TV. The brilliant balance of humour and addressing real issues, something Ted Lasso has done since day 1. If you’re somehow still not on the bandwagon it’s never too late to start. Good for the soul.

Disappointed that Saturday morning’s four pages of work just got thrown in the scrap folder, but I now have a direct path to the end of this WIP! It’s almost done!
