@SamScreaton I agree Sam. Can we share any LLR inequality info with you for use at DMU? Happy to share what we have on both LeDeR info, but also other inequality info. If everyone becomes enquiring into the outcomes in their own service we could make changes quickly.
@samanthaq1905@LPTnhs It has created so many more things to manage and care for, itβs filled any empty space in peopleβs buckets of stress, meaning itβs too easy to overflow and be overwhelming.
@samanthaq1905@LPTnhs Sam, I agree with @DebHoma_KF , sadly no. Did a quick check on our own data by looking at our workforce race equality standard, it doesnβt seem to split data by gender. Thatβs something for us to look into. David
