One question we Muslims need to confront:

Why do some of us insist that every rule from 7th-century Arabia must still apply exactly as it did then?

Child marriage. Slavery. Concubinage. Apostasy and blasphemy punishments. Religious discrimination.

Not every historical ruling has to be treated as an eternal principle.

So why are we afraid to evolve? Why are we still dragging the 7th century into a world that no longer exists?

A child is not a wife.
A child is not a sexual outlet.
A child is not a test of your religious loyalty.

Protect children first. Defend interpretations later.
