During my visit to Digital Dubai, I directed the integration of all digital services for individuals and businesses into unified platforms within one year, tasking Digital Dubai with coordinating implementation across entities. I also launched strategic digital projects to enhance Dubai’s future readiness and reinforce the emirate’s position among the top 10 global cities in AI adoption in government.
Today, government success is defined by proactivity, responsiveness to people’s needs, and the effective use of advanced technologies to improve quality of life. In Dubai, we continue to advance government excellence, constantly enhancing efficiency, innovation, and agility.

Mothers are the first school for their children, the place where children learn belonging, responsibility and the values that shape strong nations.
Today, to mark Mother’s Day, we have directed the Community Development Authority to adopt the title “Generation Shaper” instead of “housewife”, in recognition of a role that no words or titles can truly capture.

الأم هي المدرسة الأولى... وهي التي تصنع البداية... وترسم الطريق... وتغرس في أبنائها معنى الانتماء والمسؤولية... ومعنى أن يكونوا أهلاً لثقة وطنهم.

وجهنا اليوم هيئة تنمية المجتمع باعتماد مسمى «صانعة جيل» بدلاً من «ربة منزل» تزامناً مع يوم الأم العالمي، تقديراً لدورها الذي لا يمكن أن تفيه الكلمات حقه... ولا أن تختصره المسميات... فهي صانعة الإنسان... وصانعة القيم... وصانعة المستقبل.

كل عام وأمهاتنا بخير... وكل عام وهن أساس كل خير.

At the first meeting of the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs in 2026, we approved key strategic initiatives aimed at reinforcing the family's role as the foundation of our society. We believe that strong families build strong cities, that quality of life defines government success, and that the happiness of our citizens must always come first.

We launched the Dubai Family-Friendly Strategy, the second phase of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme, the Vibrant Dubai initiative, and other projects to build stronger families, foster a more connected society, and position Dubai as the world’s best city for families. We continue to build an integrated social system that empowers Emirati families, deepens community bonds, and secures Dubai’s future.

خلال الاجتماع الأول للجنة العليا للتنمية وشؤون المواطنين لعام 2026، اعتمدنا حزمة من المبادرات والمشاريع الاستراتيجية التي تنطلق من قناعة راسخة لدينا: أن قوة أي مدينة تبدأ من قوة أسرها، وأن جودة حياة الناس هي المعيار الحقيقي لنجاح الحكومات، وأن سعادة المواطنين كباراً وصغاراً هي الغاية التي نعمل من أجلها كل يوم.

During my meeting with leading supporters and contributors to the Edge of Life campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to rescue five million children from hunger, I saw first hand how the initiative has brought people together. Despite the exceptional circumstances facing the region, the campaign has generated strong engagement and achieved notable success.

Emirati humanitarian work is a core national value. It does not change with time or circumstances.

The UAE stands by everyone on its land and extends its support to millions around the world.

May Allah protect the UAE and continue to bless it with stability and prosperity.

أثناء لقائي مع كبار الداعمين والمساهمين في حملة حد الحياة الإنسانية التي أطلقها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم لإنقاذ خمسة ملايين طفل من الجوع ولاقت تفاعلاً كبيراً ونجاحاً رغم الظروف الاستثنائية التي تمر بها المنطقة ..

الرسالة واضحة .. العمل الإنساني الإماراتي ليس ترفاً ورفاهية بل ضرورة وجزء من منظومة قيم الدولة .. لا تتأثر بالظروف ولا تتغير مع الزمن.
والإمارات لا تحمي فقط من يعيش على أرضها .. بل تمد يدها لإنقاذ وحماية ملايين البشر حول العالم.

I met today at the Dubai Majlis with 300 leaders from the emirate’s business community to accelerate our development journey, strengthen our economic resilience, and enhance our ability to adapt to current circumstances. We are committed to ensuring business continuity at the highest levels and to continuing to deliver the best services. Our message to the world is clear: Dubai is strong, and the UAE is strong. As we have learned from His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, challenges create opportunities, and we will emerge stronger.

التقيت اليوم في مجلس دبي 300 من قيادات مجتمع الأعمال في الإمارة لبحث تسريع مسيرتنا التنموية، وتعزيز مرونة اقتصادنا، وتطوير قدراتنا على التكيف الشامل مع الظروف الراهنة. هدفنا واضح: ضمان استمرارية الأعمال بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة، ومواصلة تقديم أفضل الخدمات لكل من يعيش على أرض دبي ... وفي ظل الظروف الحالية، رسالتنا إلى العالم واضحة: دبي قوية، والإمارات قوية ... وقد تعلمنا من صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، أن التحديات تصنع الفرص، وسنخرج أقوى.

On Zayed Humanitarian Day, we honour the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, a man who made compassion his guiding principle and generosity his mission. His spirit lives on in the hearts of all Emiratis and in every hand that reaches out in kindness to those in need. True to his vision, the UAE remains a beacon of goodness and humanitarian giving.

في يوم زايد للعمل الإنساني نستذكر الوالد المؤسس الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه … الرجل الذي جعل من الرحمة نهجاً، ومن العطاء رسالة ... زايد الخير أثرٌ باقٍ في قلوب شعبه، وفي كل يدٍ إماراتية تمتد بالخير لكل محتاج، وستبقى الإمارات، كما أرادها زايد، رمزاً للخير والعطاء الإنساني.

To all those who call the UAE home and guests in our beloved nation.

The UAE places its security and the protection of all citizens, residents, and visitors at the very top of its priorities. With God’s grace, the UAE is fully prepared to confront these threats.

I extend my deepest appreciation to our brave armed forces, our committed security services, and all national institutions and teams working tirelessly to keep our country safe. They represent the highest standards of readiness and cooperation. We are truly proud of them.

I would also like to underscore my sincere gratitude for the awareness shown by our community of Emiratis and our resident brothers and sisters, partners in this nation, who have expressed their genuine love and loyalty to the UAE through both words and actions. In the UAE, everyone is Emirati through their love for this land and their contributions to it.

May God have mercy on the victims and grant the injured a speedy recovery. With God’s blessing, the UAE—the land of Zayed—will remain strong in its unity, steadfast in defending its sovereignty, and steadily advancing towards the future.

دولة الإمارات تضع أمنها وسيادتها وسلامة شعبها والمقيمين فيها وزوارها في مقدمة أولوياتها.. وقادرة بفضل الله تعالى على التصدي لهذه الاعتداءات.

أتوجه بالشكر لقواتنا المسلحة الباسلة وأجهزتنا الأمنية الكفؤة وكل الأجهزة والفرق الوطنية على جهودهم المخلصة لحماية الإمارات، مجسدين أعلى درجات الجاهزية والتنسيق والتكامل، ما يبعث على الفخر والاعتزاز.

أعبّر عن تقديري العميق لوعي مجتمعنا من الإماراتيين وإخواننا المقيمين، شركاء الوطن، الذين عبروا عن حبهم للإمارات بالقول والفعل. في الإمارات الكل إماراتي، بحبه لهذه الأرض وعطائه لها.

نسأل الله أن يتغمّد الضحايا بواسع رحمته، وأن يمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل. ستبقى الإمارات، دار زايد، بإذن الله دائماً قوية بوحدتها، ثابتة في حماية سيادتها، وماضية بثقة نحو مستقبلها.
