On 13 Dec #DYNAMIX_PrEP confirmed with @ipaytotal that no further customers would have charges raised. But @ipaytotal & processing partner "topstore online" have charged almost 100 customers' cards fraudulently & without authorization. DYNAMIX has had no part in these charges.

Due to @ipaytotal finance department saying they will not speak to a customer, and the nonpayment of @Visa & @Mastercard funds which were paid by customers in October & November, #DYNAMIX_PrEP has no option but to suspend accepting credit card payments for #PrEP purchases.

@ipaytotal are promising payments and then delaying by a week or more when these payments are due to be paid. The UK telephone number on the website gets to a team in India & no way to speak to anyone in finance in the UK. Over $70 000 overdue and not being paid!

Please forward a screenshot of the transaction we will get the merchant services provider to have it refunded asap.
