Deeply disappointed with @Experian and @Experian_UK easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had. No way to reach a real person, not even through the app. Tried countless times to contact. Shocking lack of support for such a major company.
@Experian_UK If your company really appreciated customer experience they’d reinstate a credible way to get in contact with customer support. We’re in the 21st century and you’re telling me it takes 3 working days to get back to customer over time sensitive matters! 1/2
4 @SklumLoveDesign 1.5 month later still no chairs, still no communication from Sklum, not even courtesy email... 6 months and still counting until the delivery. Awful service, terrible communication and perhaps (still want to believe I didn't gift £404 pounds) a scam.
3/3 @SklumLoveDesign Funny how we've received all other orders from the EU within 2 weeks max. Anyway, in 4th February we received an email that our chairs would be dispatched on 15th February.
2/3 @SklumLoveDesign So, we replace them with another model and are informed over the phone that we should expect them in December 2020. Of course, the chairs didn't come and Sklum's excuse after WE called them in January (already 1 month delay) is the issues with the UK borders.
1/3 @SklumLoveDesign Horrendous service - DO NOT BUY Order placed in October 2020 for 4 chairs - a total of £404. 2 months later after no update from Sklum we call just to find out that 2 of the chairs we ordered are not in stock.

When income from wealth grows faster than the economy, the wealthy pull away.
To stop growing inequality we should:
👉collectively own a Citizens’ Wealth Fund
👉reform the land market
👉support employee ownership
👉tax income from wealth & work equally
