@Airtel_Presence After 1.5months I got workaround for my wifi issue. I couldn't use the wifi for 1.5 months for work and you're still charging for it, whereas your support executive clearly told me on call that they'll be adjusting the month's bill. When are you going to adjust?

@Airtel_Presence And what about my work?? I can't even work from home because of you guys. No body has attended so far. I have been facing this for the past one month! Today is absolute height! Earlier last month there were frequent disconnections. Now there is no internet at all since yesterday!
