Today I saw many people on X asking OpenAI to automatically use reset credits before they expire.

I’ve added a safer solution to Codex Quota Monitor: it now sends reminders 30 minutes and 5 minutes before a reset credit expires, so you don’t lose unused credits. Previously, the app only displayed the exact expiration time.

It also shows your remaining context, weekly quota, available reset credits, and lifetime token usage. It supports full, compact, and system-tray modes, color-coded status indicators, and manual switching between English, Chinese, and French.

It’s a free, open-source Windows tool. It does not read your conversations or inject commands into the ChatGPT input box.

Just discovered a really useful Codex feature: View activity (Ctrl+Alt+U).

It puts all your active conversations together at the top, so you can check task progress at a glance. It’s super handy when you’re running multiple tasks at once.

I used to pin the conversations I was running just to get a similar setup.

@thsottiaux Exactly 😂 The weekend is often the only time I have to code. If I use up /fast then, I’m stuck for the rest of the week—while also trying to spend time with my family. Banked resets or user-controlled reset timing would make far more sense.
