So after days of Republicans blaming and vilifying Democrats and trans people for Kirk’s murder despite having no clue who the person was, we find out it’s a white guy from a Republican family in Utah who loved guns.

It was a waste of an hour trying to use my @capitalone benefits to book a flight on the capital one travel portal and speaking to their staff. I still don’t have a flight. Absolute #trash poor #CustomerService

I suggested the supervisor @capitalone to report the outage on their travel site since I was reporting it to her instead of suggesting I pay the $25 fee for the travel agent to book my flight which I could do on my own if the site was working. She didn’t even offer to refund me

After trying @capitalone travel customer service tried to charge for doing what I tried to do on their non working site, I contacted a supervisor who told me to wait an hour or 2 because no one reported an issue with the site though I just did.

@capitalone has the worse customer service I have experienced in awhile. I tried to book a flight on the capital one travel site and the site was not working. I contacted the capital one travel and they would book the flight for me for a $25 fee though the site doesn’t work
