@AutoPap You're an inspiration Shami, and a quick glance at the awesome Omologato on my wrist shows there isn't long until a new day. Keep doing what you do, a lot of people appreciate that.
@AvivaUK It's to do with an incident on 19 January 2023 when my parked car was hit by your policy holder and my insurer pointed me towards @Auxillis to progress this, which I bitterly regret as it is still not sorted. They just email when pushed to basically say you don't ever respond...
20 November 2024. The last time I heard from @Auxillis who are supposedly still continuing to chase the third party insurer @AvivaUK who they say never respond. I've never experienced such awful service. Utterly disgraceful. It's now way over two years of being fobbed off. Avoid.
@Auxillis@AvivaUK Well I've just had a response from @auxillis to say they've now sent an email... So since the November letter saying they've sent an email, in a massive coincidence to my earlier post they've now just sent another one... Looking forward to the response in another five months.
How many years does it take @Auxillis to resolve a straight forward claim where someone hits your parked car and admits liability... I'm now over two and have zero confidence in them. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to use. They're just not interested. Utterly awful.
@Auxillis I'd just love it if someone would actually resolve my claim, that would help with the ongoing blues that you give me, but hope you enjoyed your cuppa.
@Auxillis Hello, could you please provide some of that service as I've not seen any of it in the two years you've allegedly been handling my claim. It is rare to find service quite as appalling as I've had from you. I'd just settle for what you had promised me, never mind beyond.
Over two years now since my parked car was crashed into and I had the misfortune of being pushed into using @Auxillis who still haven't sorted out the claim or delivered on their promises. Claiming @AvivaUK just never respond. No update since November 2024. Truly awful company.
12 August 24, 14 October 24, 12 November 24... The last three communications from @Auxillis to say they have no update from when my parked car was hit in January '23. An utter joke. The October one asking for information for something they already approved back in February '23...
@Auxillis I'm not sure any of my experience with yourselves could be described as exceptional. Awful company with terrible service - that's when you even bother to respond... which isn't very often...
@Auxillis I wish I could turn the clocks back and I would never ever have used yourselves. Almost two years now I've been waiting for you to sort my claim out. It's a month now since you asked for information then ignored my response. Truly awful service.
@Auxillis Your customer service is frightful too... Still waiting for an update... My parked car was hit in January 2023 and yet you've still not sorted everything out.
@Auxillis Some even agree to do repairs and give you a full schedule to confirm, only to then say that they can't/won't do them all and then you have the joy that is waiting for over 18 months to try and get the settlement back that was promised as a compromise...
@Auxillis I'd love to receive some actual customer service and progress on my claim from January 2023, more than happy to share my experience and I'm yet to find any dedication or anything that is remotely described as outstanding.
Just wondering if after waiting since Jan 2023 after a no fault accident @Auxillis have managed to send the email they wrote to tell me they were going to send in August. Still out of pocket. Still zero communication or interest. Awful company with the worst customer service ever
Repost to share the reminder this #WorldSuicidePreventionDay 👇
Sometimes the hardest words to say are the most important. By having more open conversations, we give people the chance to express how they feel and get the support they need. It could even save a life. 💚
New national suicide figures are published today in a series of reports.
Headline message from @ONS is a rise in 2023, the highest rate since 1999.
But, taken together, the reports tell a more complex story. Short 🧵
