I dont need attention from the other person I just dont like the quiet. (I also have raging, constant tenitis in both ears, may be to blame)

@WonderWomaNinja They did it in an OR and we were in the pre-op room. The tooth pain had gotten worse than any pain ive seen kids have from ears or tonsils and I would have allowed him to be put to sleep for those procedures. I just had to talk myself into it but I'm really glad I did.

@WonderWomaNinja They did it in the hospital with an anesthesia team, fixed everything at one time, and his pain from the teeth was immediately fixed. I was nervous and it was expensive, but its the best thing I've ever done for him. He isn't scared of going to the dentist now either.

@WonderWomaNinja My oldest has really bad acid reflux and it did a lot of damage to his teeth. He needed to have caps placed on his back molars at 4 under anesthesia. I was nervous, more about his physical safety. Anesthesia comes with risk. But they did A LOT of dental work in 45 min.

@propelforward @shri_shobhit My (very recently turned) 5 year old LOVES it. But he's also seen all the Jurassic Parks and Worlds, and some scenes from those movies that I think would scare him, don't. I think for dino-obsessed kids, its fine because they understand the predator/prey relationships.

@_samantha_joy But absolutely, dont go in with the mindset they aren't going chew, even consume, parts of the book. They'll become weapons (sometimes projectiles), bridges for toy cars, and makeshift tents for little toys, but 10/10 try, just dont get frustrated when they act like a baby 🤣

@_samantha_joy As early as they can set up and look around, I 100% think babies should be read to. Both my boys loved to be read to. And it gave me some of my sweetest moments. Other than momma/dada our babies 1st word was buuhhk, and at 10/11 mo he'd stumble over and bring us one to read him.

Reminded again that I was reading a story set in the South. The protagonist goes to a Waffle House and orders a Belgian waffle, proving that the writer had in fact never been to a Waffle House.

@JennMGreenberg I teach around 100 junior high kids a year, get a handful of simple gifts some years. Don't stress or stretch time or money buying/making teacher gifts. I promise they aren't excepted or necessary, and most of the time they're awkward for me to accept.

@realEstateTrent He's going to learn things much sooner than you'd probably like. I vividly remember being asked in 5th grade or so if I was a virgin. I didn't know what that was, and I didn't think I could be something if I didn’t know what it was, so I said no. Older kids busted out laughing.

@govols0908 @MichaelWBratton I do think Az St is about as good as they were when we played them last year. Almost exact same scenario just the teams reversed. They jumped on us big, early, and we slowly came back but ran out of time. They looked like a good team lastnight that wasn't ready for the crowd

@govols0908 @MichaelWBratton My brother in Christ, we had an emaciated roster last season. Lost to Toledo & only won 2 games, but Lebby was able to hold on to the handful of SEC caliber players we had, and get transfers that *so far* have filled holes well. With much less NIL money than the rest of the SEC.
