@MandT_Bank has a terrible policy for those affected by the furlough. Most companies offer an extension/deferment on loans, but M&T only offered forbearance (monthly payments during the shutdown get summed together and customers get a BIG bill once out of the shutdown). This has caused me to refinance because M&T is not about supporting its customers.

Stupid way of going about it. Is an AI gonna determine my worth? Wrong way to go about this. I go home with 85% battery left on my phone everyday. Having to email a gigantic org box what I did is horrshit. There’s no real value. I already send one to my boss every week. You know, somebody who knows what my bullets mean. He then sends it to his boss to compile with the other sections. That’s how the chain of command works.

I’m probationary (DoD) and my 24 years of active duty has put me through a few RIFs, so I get it. I don’t disagree with, I disagree with how they’re going about it. A fucking email?
