@MayorOfLA @LACity Since people that don’t pay their rent can’t be evicted, when are mortgages being frozen? If the tenants can’t pay the rent how is the landlord supposed to pay the mortgage? And I’m not talking about big corporations, I’m taking about people that own a property and rent it.
