Never ever fly @ArikAirlineNg locally, they are first a rip-off and on the ground in Lagos where they are not customer centric and have very arrogant and rude staff
Thank God it is Jumu'ah. When a Muslim greets you, As-salamu alaykum, accept the greeting. It is a universal blessing. It means 'Peace be upon you'. It is not an Islamic greeting. It is a Godly greeting that predates Islam. It was first used by Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ) in John 20:21. The word salam in Arabic has the exact meaning as the word shalom in Hebrew and Selam in Amharic (the national language of Ethiopia).
How do you say peace be upon you in Hebrew, the way Yeshua (Jesus) said it in John 20:21?
Shalom Aleichem.
How do you say peace be upon you in Arabic?
Salam alaykum.
What is the difference?
So, on this Jumu'ah, promote peaceful religious coexistence. If Muslims greet you, accept it with love and affection. There is only one religion in heaven or Jannah, and it is love. And there is only one way of life there, which is peace.
To all my Muslim followers, subscribers and fellow citizens, I say Jumu'ah Mubārak, جمعة مباركة to you and your family!
Dear Mazi,
Thank you for your feedback. You have to understand that we come from different cultures. In your culture, money is the total worth of a man. That is why you are trying to compare your wealth to mine. In my culture, moral values are considered of greater importance when judging a man's impact in life.
I do agree that some of our people are very adept at commerce, and I have written eight viral articles in praise of their prowess. I am not sure any other person has written so copiously about the thrift and resourcefulness of these our fellow countrymen and women. Although, some of them are not well known for remembering good things done for them.
In any case, my family has never been materially poor in five hundred years of WRITTEN history from Olu Atuwatse I in 1611, to my grandfather, Olu Ikengbuwa II.
As for me, so long as I can feed myself and my family without stealing, I am content. The impact of the books and articles I have published in helping people live more meaningful and moral lives is more important to me than being richer than my fellow citizens.
Education is more important to my people than money. Money can be stolen, lost, or eroded by inflation. Education on the other hand has eternal value. That is why, in the list of professors by state released by the National Bureau of Statistics just yesterday, my state did not feature badly. My ethnic nationality is probably the smallest in Nigeria by population, yet we have more professors than the whole of Anambra state combined. We value what money cannot buy.
Thanks again, and may God bless you.

If you feel no sympathy for innocent Israelis murdered or kidnapped by Hamas terrorists last weekend, you have no humanity.
If you feel no sympathy for innocent Palestinians killed in Israel's revenge attacks on Gaza, you have no humanity.
Be human.
“You shouldn’t take care of your parents/family.
They are adults, they can take care of themselves”
Absolute disgrace to the bloodline.
The end state of the slave mind is a selfishness so potent that they can separate you from your creators.
Your parents and god.
Look, I have a Masters in Law and am not moved by empty sophistry. I asked a question that Mr. Peter Obi has NOT answered and has tried to use semantics to dodge. My question is this:
Did Peter Obi fund the funeral of Mr Rufai Oseni's father by giving him money in cash or via electronic means, either directly or through a third party, and has that influenced Mr. Oseni's open bias in favour of Peter Obi, whereby Mr. Oseni used the AriseTV platform as a medium to campaign for and launder the image of Mr Peter Obi, and his undisguised personal animosity towards me for my refusal to support Mr Peter Obi's Presidential ambition?
Yes or no. Mr. Peter Obi, you did not respond to that question. You said you did not "bribe" Mr Rufai Oseni. However, that is not what I asked.
Did you or did you not give money, either directly or indirectly, to Mr Rufai Oseni? Yes or no? Simple.

I like the fact that our leaders are doing everything possible to avoid any issue of ECOWAS invasion of Niger. Nigerians owe debt of gratitude to Former Head of State, General Abdussalami Abubakar and His Eminence Sa’adu Abubakar, Sultan of Sokoto.
The consequences of crisis in Niger that may involve Nigeria within the opposing camp is unthinkable. We must avoid it at all cost.
Ivory Coast President said he is ready to send troops for war with Niger Republic:When the military took over power in their neighbouring Burkina Faso he forgot to send troops to fight them.
The Italian Prime minister speaks on France activities in Africa. It is insightful as Nigeria, ECOWAS, and the AU negotiate diplomatic solutions to the ROOT cause of francophone Africa's challenges.
Nigeria, the largest economy in Africa, with crude oil earnings of $100b a year can't complete a 128km expressway connecting Lagos to Ibadan since 1999.
The people of Burkina Faso are known for their endurance and resilience in the defence of their freedom and dignity;they will overcome the hardships resulting from the suspension of the French aid.Why are the people of Haiti not helped with the aid?
There are few countries in the world that are natural paternal twins.
Turkiye and Turkmenistan. There are both Turks.
Russia and Belarus. They are both land of the Rus (Rus-Asia and Bela-Rus).
But non of them came so perfectly as Niger and Niger-Area. Nigeria and Niger shared same name for upwards to 1000 years, since the Kingdom of Ghana with its headquarters in alwalatin (present day Mauritania). That was before the so-called colonial divide-rule balkanization.
From Guinea mountains, to Mali to Niger are all parts of Niger Area.
In case you don’t know, in Mali, there is a place called the Niger Delta; check it out.
Our fraternity with Niger doesn’t stop there, it has given birth of a proud child of same name; Niger State in present day Niger-Area.
The child is the biggest of all children the fraternity gave us. It is bordering the North most parts of the country, land of Kebbi and the Southern most parts of the country, Badagry.
The size of Niger extend well into the present day Benin republic, another Niger-Area (possibly of the future).
The Child, Niger State, powers our homes and businesses with electricity through its blessed deposits at Kainji, Shiroro and Jebba. It flows down and handshakes the Benue, together, they moved downwards to form series of rivers in a delta, deposited, yet again massive hydrocarbon we enjoy today, and ended into the Atlantic.
The child once again, gave birth to some of our most respected warrior-generals like late General Wushishi, late General Mamman Kwantagora, General Ibrahim Babangida, General Abdussalami Abubakar, General Gado Nasko amongst others.
The area of the Niger, from Guinea mountains to the Niger Delta, houses the dry bones of our ancestors beneath its soil.
We will thus, water their dry bones with green agricultural productivity, industrialization, peace, unity and rapid development progress.
But no wars, let’s have peace with our neighbors. Niger is Nigeria and Nigeria is Niger.
