On the ticket there is a court date and time, if you feel you did not do what the cop accused you of then you show up to the court date. If not then pay it.

She threw it out of the window (which is a crime you can be arrested for) and she refused to exit the vehicle which is why he pulled her out. She would lose the lawsuit.
