...but I noticed that the smart card no displayed on my screen is- 42909828841 which is different from the number on the actual card.

@MyFCMB @MyFCMB how else can one resolve an issue with FCMB? I have had to call CS 3 times now at my expense on calls averaging at least 30mins/call. I was debited N10,200 for a failed POS transaction since June 8th and till date, my money is yet to be returned.

@HapagLloydAG Hi, I am an Export Merchant in Nigeria. I need to make an urgent enquiry- if importer in Lebanon is too pay frieght at destination port, Can Hapag-Lloyd issue the Original Bill of Laden to the Export Merchant on a shipment before frieght is paid? If so, procedure?
