@SomeChicSarah @PattonCarter @VigilantFox Also I just found out that Dr. Cole is a pathologist. Literally the group of physicians with the LEAST amount of patient interaction. He works under a microscope, not in the clinical setting or real world. Take what he says with a grain of salt.

@Lone_Star_Keto @EllenLehea @texaslindsay Idk where you're getting this information but whatever tiktok you saw that on, it's bogus. Increase rates of cancer likely secondary to increased screening. Colon screening is now at 45, breast cancer at 40, etc. Earlier screenings = more incidence. But ya blame it on a vaccine.

@DallouHarold @HenryFordHealth Yes this is true. They worship the NPs and PAs while giving doctors the cold shoulder since they are cheaper and less qualified labor. The quality of their healthcare system is tanking because it's always about the bottom line. You should see how they treat their residents. Shame

7. Level trended down by day 4
8. Many subjects had levels high before the study from previous MI
9. Study is missing data on actual levels for healthy pts
10. Myocardial injury = myocardial dysfunction.

2. Rise were mild and only temporary.
3. No patient had ECG-changes, and none developed major adverse cardiac events within 30 days
4. Many causes of elevated troponin T.
5. All levels were never high enough for concern

@MummyGye @agemjourney @mikegalsworthy Had plenty of women call me handsome. When I was with my female colleague, I introduce us as Doctors. Female pt goes on to call us both handsome and beautiful. It came off sincere and genuine. Didn't deter from the medical care. We said TY and moved on. It's not that serious.

@elonmusk @Cobratate @elonmusk this was difficult to watch on Android. If you want to compete with YouTube and other socials, you have to make a better video player. One that resumes where you left off, allows easy scrolling forward and backwards (double tap), etc.

@jasonryanmd Stories like this will empower mid-levels. Pretty soon, if not already, you'll have ID NPs practicing independently and they will point back to stories like this. "well the physician doesn't know so why do I have to"?
